Welcome to our event:
Mascarada Encuentro Milonguero.
A cosy, friendly, small event
with 120 close embrace lover
tango dancers
Full package includes:
- over 20 hours of tango in close embrace
- spacious ballroom with PERFECT WOODEN FLOOR
- nice hotel, full of nice dancers in a nice small town 60 km from Budapest
- 2 nights at our hotel (including taxes) - double, twin, triple or private rooms
- 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- plenty of food during the milongas (coffee, tea, water, soup, salad, sweet and salty bites)
- sauna in the hotel
- time and possibility to socialize during the common breakfasts and dinners
The whole event will be at the same place: dancing, eating and sleeping. You do not need to find an accommodation or think where to eat. You can concentrate on your dancing and you can fully enjoy the weekend.

Székesfehérvár one of the oldest towns of Hungary. It was settled in Roman times. This was the royal seat of the first Hungarian king and 43 kings were crowned in Székesfehérvár.
There are many attractions waiting for you nearby:

Kids over 4 year: hotel+dinner: 40 EUR/night

These fees are paid on the spot to the organizers at your arrival.

Getting there
From Budapest airport:
- Taxi directly to the hotel: rent a car or come by airport transfer. Our recommendation: www.ferihegyexpress.com.
- Via Budapest by train: Take a bus to Astoria metro station. And take the metro to “Déli pályaudvar”.
If you arrive to “Keleti” Railway Station: Take the metro to “Déli pályaudvar” and from there you can take a direct train to Székesfehérvár.
The parking place of the event: Székesfehérvár, Dr. Koch László u. (Big school yard)

Please note:
This event is for experienced dancers who prefer close embrace, like to dance in a small space, invite to dance by mirada/cabeceo, open for old and new friends to dance with and respect the ronda.
Registration for the event is NOT automatically accepted! We keep the right to select the participants to ensure the balance of leaders and followers and a variety of people from different countries; and keep the good vibes of dancing and socializing. We thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation requested by the participant:
If you have to cancel your registration for any reason, until 8 September 2024 you can get 50% refund , after
8 September 2024 no refund is possible.
In case of event cancellation:
We will return your full participation fees (except 10 EUR admin fees) or you can choose to remain registered for our next event that is planned in November 2025.
Please note we cannot provide a refund for cancelled plane or train tickets.

We cannot of course guarantee complete epidemic safety, so everyone should participate at their own risk. Please do your best to be safe, as the organiser cannot be held responsible for any infections.
